hi,

I am using the smartermail to manage the email accounts through webmail. However, I am facing the display related issues on my Safari browser. Sometimes, it displays blank page when I open the mails. The same thing is working fine with Firefox and Internet Explorer. I am not sure how can I fix this.

Any help would be appreciate.

It seems that Safari is not recommended for Smartermail. Visit the below URL for  Browser Support Information:

It appears that they have fixed the issue in Smartermail 5 for Safari browser. Now there is no known issue for Safari. For browser compatibility of Smartermail5 visit the following link:
