Yes you can, as long as the ads you are putting there don't "steal" any clicks from your adsense ads. However, in practice, it is best not to do it. Keep your ads apart from eachother.

It should be like this. The top Adsense affiliate earner will tend to concentrate on constantly building up their traffic as the most effective way of increasing their Adsense earnings. So this is the best way for it.
