Hi,

I want to do some testing on my application running on PHP and MySQL. But I want to test on Apache web server and I am using windows OS. Can someone suggest some good software which can run Apache, PHP and MySQL on windows?

Hi,

Welcome to the forum!

You can use Wampserver (http://www.wampserver.com) which includes Apache, MySQL and PHP and also it is to use.

Note: You will need to stop IIS in your system if it is running otherwise you will face the problem.

You may also try uniform server. It can be downloaded from www.uniformserver.com

PHP stores all kinds of parameters in a file called php.ini.You to find this file in the directory where you installed PHP. Sometimes you will need to modify this file to use a PHP extension for example. Really all three Apache - PHP - MySQL is really good for your system if you know the use of this language properly.
