Hi,

Is it possible to change include_path value using .htaccess? I am using cPanel on RHEL 5.2.

You just need to add following directive in your .htaccess file:

php_value include_path ".:/usr/local/lib/php:/home/user/www/include:/home/user/"

Change the path according to your requirement.
