Hi,

I want to verify my domain in Google Webmaster tools using META tag verification but I am unsure on how to add META tag in the index page. I have checked the code of index.php but didn't find the way to add it. Can someone help me to add META tag in SMF forum? I have latest version of SMF 1.1.7.

There are few Mods available for previous versions of SMF but I not sure f there is an such Mod available for SMF 1.1.7. But the easiest way to add META tags in home page is to edit file "index.template.php" in your theme directory. Just add the META tag in this file of your selected theme and you are done.
