Recently, I was trying to install a script on one of my domains and found that GD is missing on the server. I have looked in WHM but I didn't find any way to enable it.

Can someone guide me to enable GD library on the server. I have cPanel installed on RHEL 5.

To enable GD library on your server, you will need to recompile your PHP with GD. You can recompile Apache and PHP from WHM -> Update Apache or you can also do it via SSH. To compile via SSH, you can use /scripts/easyapache.

If you have no experience in recompiling Apache and PHP, I suggest you to hire someone as if it fails then all your sites will stop working.

I managed to recompile Apache and PHP with GD library enabled. Hope, it will not create any other issue on the server. :)
