Hi,

I have wired problem with my Outlook. If I send emails from Outlook, recipient are not receiving emails. But If I send emails from web mail, they are receiving my emails. Even if I send email to non-existing account from Outlook, I am not receiving bounce email too. I have tested this from different ISPs and IP but still no luck. Did anyone face this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Alex

Do you have set any sender policy record (SPF record) for your domain. If you have set any then make sure it is correct and you can also try after remove it.

Hurrey!!

It's working now after removing the SPF record. It seems that the record was set incorrectly by Hosting provider.

Can invalid SPF record create any problem in sending and receiving emails ?
