Many of them shut down quickly due to low turnover. It could be better to compare the price / services between cheap hosting and popular affordable hosting providers. You will easily be able to see the disadvantages of low cost new hosting companies.

I agree with StevenJr. When something is way too cheap there is some problem. You need to check the downtime and the reliability of the company. The URL Ahmed provided is no longer working for me, so i think its better to avoid them.
