I have purchased the wildcard SSL certificate for my domain. I want to install it one my three subdomains. Will I need to move all three sub-domains to dedicated IP address?

Note: I know the installation procedure is same as we install the normal SSL for a domain from IIS. Also, found step by step installation guide from here.

Thanks,

Scott

According to me, you need to assign the dedicated IP address to each sub-domain.

You do not need to assign the dedicated IP address of your each sub-domain. You just need to assign the dedicated IP address to your main domain.

The installation procedure for wild card SSL will remain same as the normal SSL certificate.
