Steps to add MIME types for a domain in HELM 3.2.11:

[1] Login to the HELM control panel of your domain.
[2] Click on 'Domains' icon.
[3] Click on your domain name.
[4] Click on 'MIME Types' icon.
[5] Click on 'Add New' button and then enter Extension and content type; save it.

Thanks,

Mike

I have added MIME type from HELM but it is not working for my sub-domain. i.e.

If I browse http://domain.com/foldername/ it works.
If I browse http://foldername.domain.com it doesn't work.

Is there anything that I need to do in order to work MIME types for my sub-domains ?

Thanks,

Raju

The older HELM version doesn't support MIME type's for sub-domain. You will need to enter MIME types from IIS directly for sub-domain. Latest version of HELM 3.2.X (not sure about HELM 4 but I think it should support too) supports MIME type for sub-domains too.

Thanks for your detail. I have HELM 3.2.11 so I think this has not been fixed in this version.
